Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please email hello@pickleballyo.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue store credit.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Approved cases will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase.
